At Shaw’s Coffee, LTD, our passion is coffee. At every step we ensure that your coffee drinking experience is rich and pleasurable.

We import the finest green coffee beans from the world’s three major coffee growing regions — The Americas, Africa, and the Pacific Rim. Our artisan roasters then capture the rich flavors characteristic of each coffee. Our single orgin varietals and blends are then shipped fresh-roasted to ensure they arrive flavorful and fragrant.

We are a privately-owned coffee roasting company with a strong committment to quality and personal service. Our coffees are roasted to order and can only be obtained through our online store or at the Roastery location in St. Louis. We do not wholesale or discount our coffees. Rather we ensure that all our customers receive the finest roasted coffees at the best available price.

Opened in 1999, our roastery and retail store is located in the historic Italian neighborhood of St. Louis known as "The Hill." Our coffees are dark-roasted in a traditional Euorpean style, similar to gourmet roasters from the West Coast. This produces the distinctive and delicious coffees which our customers have come to both enjoy and expect! As fragrant as they are flavorful, it is not uncommon for passers- by to be lured into our shop by the enticing aroma of our fresh roasted coffees wafting onto the streets of The Hill.

In our shop we also offer both espresso and noncoffee drinks, delicious choices in pastries and confections, as well as a warm and welcome environment. And we sell brewing equipment and quality accessories at our online and retail stores.
